1. What gdbasket Is

gdbasket is a platform for recording and sharing real acts of kindness. Every deed posted here represents something that actually happened, done by a real person.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use gdbasket to:

• Share genuine good deeds you personally performed or directly witnessed.
• Support others by reacting to their deeds.
• Connect with people committed to everyday goodness.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

You may not:

• Post fabricated, false, or AI-generated deeds.
• Post deeds you did not personally perform or directly witness.
• Impersonate another person or create fake accounts.
• Post hateful, threatening, or discriminatory content, or content aimed at harassing other people.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Use gdbasket for advertising or spam.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or in any way interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
• Upload content that violates any applicable law.

4. The Most Important Rule

Do not post fake deeds. gdbasket's value depends entirely on every deed being real. Fabricated content undermines the trust of the entire community. This is the rule we enforce most strictly.

5. Your Content

You own the content you post on gdbasket. By posting, you grant gdbasket a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content as far as is necessary to operate, develop, and promote the platform: to store, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, format, and adapt it, including distributing your content on the platform, in the platform's advertising and promotional materials, and publishing and distributing it on social media and the other channels gdbasket uses.

You may delete your content from the platform at any time. Deleting content does not end the license for uses that took place before its deletion, in particular for material gdbasket has already published or distributed on social media or other channels.

You represent that you have the right to share any photos, videos, or text you post, and that your content does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights or right to privacy.

6. Email Verification

To share deeds or leave comments, you must verify your email address after registration.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, that create a risk to the platform or its users, and in other cases at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer

gdbasket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free of errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content published on the platform, and we are not responsible for it, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gdbasket and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us.

10. Intellectual Property

gdbasket's name, logo, design, software, and other materials, excluding user content and third-party materials, are the property of gdbasket or are used by us on a lawful basis. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of gdbasket after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
